• A short teaching layer inside those pages, not a separate course
• A focus decision at the end of month 1: two priorities, each with a metric, a named owner, and a stop rule
• A dated roadmap for the remaining months
• A 90-minute one-to-one office hour every week
• A checkpoint at month 3 and a closeout when the term ends
